Garden Of Wisdom Lactic Acid 5% Serum is a water-based Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) serum that exfoliates the skin surface to reveal a fresh, health-looking complexion.
Lactic Acid is a larger molecule than Glycolic Acid, which makes its surface-level exfoliating action gentler on the skin (although caution is advised for those prone to sensitivity). It works to slough away dry, dead cells, leaving you with a smoother skin texture. Over time, it may also help enhance collagen production and fade acne and pigmentation scars. You could even add it to your body lotion to soften and smooth the skin while fading marks and reducing body acne.
